How does the WebQA application work?

There are two components to our system: The Customer Interface and the Administration Tool.

The Customer Interface provides your customers with the ability to search for answers and ask you questions. This is customized and seamlessly integrated into your existing website.

The Administration Tool allows you and your staff to customize the application, answer questions, view reports, setup and manage workflow, research customer information, etc.
