FAQs and Trouble-Shooting the eMotion Player (DF-EM2)

QUESTION: When I put my DVD in the player, I get nothing.

ANSWER: Please do not try and "play" the ArcSoft DVD SlideShow Software. It is SOFTWARE to help you create stunning slideshows of your own photos, and, being software it will NOT play in the DVD player:-)

ANSWER: Please make sure you remove the small plastic protective STRIP that we put inside the DVD player (where the DVD goes). It is very hard to see it and it is very easy to place a DVD on top of it, but the DVD will not play unless you remove this plastic piece.

ANSWER: Please be sure the player is set to "OUTPUT" on the RIGHT side panel.

ANSWER: After you turn the POWER ON (on the RIGHT panel), you must then press PLAY on the TOP of the player.



QUESTION: When I play large size files the slideshow goes slower, any help?
ANSWER: Our best suggestion is to use the enclosed ArcSoft DVD Slideshow software to help you create a very cool movie out of your images. This eliminates the problem all together.
