Question:

Do you have instructions on how to use your online tech support?
Answer:

1) Please log onto www.mediastreet.info (or mediastreet.com, support, always on 24/7) 2) There is a black bar across the screen, in white lettering it says “Ask A Question”, click on that. 3) Fill out the necessary information. Under question detail, make sure you put in your printer model, type of ink you are using and what product you are using. The more specific you get, the easier it will be for you to get your help quickly! Click “Submit” 4) The next page has a list of FAQ’s. These may or may not help you answer your question. If they do not help you, at the top of the screen is a button that says “Confirm Your Question” Click on this button! 5) After clicking confirm your question, you will be prompted to enter some more information. Again, be as specific as possible. After you create a password and fill out the necessary info, click “confirm your question” button at the bottom of the screen. 6) You should now get to a screen that gives you a reference number. A tech support rep should get back to you in about an hour.
