Not all Pictures playing on the DF-EM7
Question:
There are some Pictures that do not play from my camera card on the DF-EM7, what is the problem.
Answer:
The Frame only plays Standard (Baseline) non-progressive Jpeg's. It will not play Progressive Jpeg's. We have attached below a way to determine if your Jpeg's are non-progressive or Progressive. To use the attachment, just click on it and it will ask which folder to look for your pictures in. Select the proper folder and then click on each picture to see if it is non-progressive. If the picture is Progressive, you must re-open the picture in any Photo Editor, such as Photoshop and then hit "Save as" and after hitting save it will ask if you want to save as Standard Baseline or Progressive. You want to select Standard Baseline.
