I am having trouble playing a movie on my eMotion digital picture frame. Please help!           

Please be sure the movie you are playing is a file type that is compatible with your frame/player.

 

Proper format for MOVIE files on eMotion Frames are:

 

MPEG4 AVI 25FPS 320 x 240

 

Encoders that will allow you to convert to the proper format:
