I have a DF-EM104BL-256 (Ambient Blue Frame) and it looks great, but the remote stopped working.

Unfortunately, we have learned that a batch of remotes have been deemed defective (from Product Purchased from April 2008 - September 2008), where they work initially but then dies.  We apologize for this inconvenience and will replace any remote that is defective.  Please email to sales@mediastreet.com where and when the frame was purchased (this helps us know which remote to send) and your mailing address and we will send a replacement out ASAP.
