Remote not working for my Ambient Blue Frame
Question:

I have a DF-EM104BL-256 (Ambient Blue Frame) and it looks great, but the remote stopped working.
Answer:

Unfortunately, we have learned that a batch of remotes have been deemed defective, where they work initially but then dies.  We apologize for this inconvenience and will replace any remote that is defective.  Please email to sales@mediastreet.com where and when the frame was purchased (this helps us know which remote to send) and your mailing address and we will send a replacement out ASAP.
