How do I get utility service started or transfer service if I move?
On the Web: You can initiate
new utility service directly on the internet by going to
Utility Online Services and clicking on "Turn On My Utilities".
In Person: You can also initiate new utility service or transfer an existing utility account in person at the Customer Account Services office on the first floor of City Hall, 300 South Adams Street, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
By Mail: Writing request for new service or transfer of service should be mailed to:

Tallahassee, FL 32301-1262
Written requests should include name(s), service address, drivers license or Florida ID number, Social Security number, and a date for service initiation or termination.
