How can I pay my utility bill?
Question:

How can I pay my utility bill?
Answer:

There are many different ways to pay your bill:

  • Through Automatic Check Withdrawal
  • By Mail
  • Online
  • By Phone
  • At the Frenchtown Renaissance Center
  • At the Drive-Through Facility
  • At Local Banks and Credit Unions

For more information on these methods, please visit our Utilities Customer Services page.

Also as a reminder when paying at local banks and credit unions:

  1. Always present your bill when making a payment.
  2. The bill should not be past due or have a previous balance due indicated.
  3. Bills should not be paid at these locations that are within three working days of the past due date. This is to allow time for the bill to be sent to the City and be processed before the next bill is rendered.
  4. Please be prepared to pay the full amount of the bill.
