You need to register the second handset before attempting to use.
To register the second handset:
- Simply place the second handset on the original or main base until you hear a confirmation tone, "Registration Complete" appears, or if no beep until the charge/in use light stops flashing.
- You will need to re-register the additional handset each time you
change the digital security code of the original unit.
- If you did not hear the confirmation tone, please register the additional handset again.
Note: On some models there is no tone. Please refer to your owners manual for the specific operation of your phone.
