How do I report a pothole in need of repair? Question: How do I report a pothole in need of repair? Answer: Please visit the pothole information page to see if your street is a state road. The state repairs state roads. Notify 1-800-FIX-ROAD for potholes on state roads.   If your street is not listed as a state road, but is a local road, use our online reporting form to submit a repair request.
