Yard sales and garage sales require a building permit from the Code Enforcement Department (Code Book 196-2). There is no fee for this permit. Download the building permit form from our website. Signs advertising the sale cannot be placed on utility poles. See general sign regulations (Code Book 196-3). Please refer to Chapter 196 of the Upper Dublin Township Code for more details.
