You can take a maximum of 18 units during the fall and spring semesters. When choosing how many classes/units you plan to register for, take the following into account so you won't jeopardize your academics in a negative manner:
- Family responsibilities
- Study habits
- Work (do you work part-time or full-time)
- Any other responsibilities that may take time away from your ability to dedicate to your studies
Take the number of classes you feel you can pass successfully.
