Now that I have applied to a program, what do I need to do next?
You need to submit official transcripts or take the Bow Valley College Entrance Assessment Exam.
a. Official transcripts are original academic documents bearing the Seal & Signature of the institution or agency and are mailed directly to the receiving institution in a sealed envelope by the Office of the Registrar from the sending institution or agency. All applicants to full-time Career programs at Bow Valley College must provide Official Transcripts.
b. The Bow Valley College Entrance Exam is a free exam that assesses the applicants English and Math skills. Exams are offered throughout the week. Please call 403-410-1400 for the most up-to-date testing schedule. Please note: retesting may take place after 6 months. It may be possible to retest after 3 months if you show that you’ve been taking sufficient courses to upgrade your skills.
