How do I access my student information or check my academic and financial status?
Current students may access their personal information, class schedule, unofficial transcripts, make account payments, and check the status of their financial aid by Visiting Central’s website and logging into Online Services.
Logging in to Online Services:
- Click Grades and Transcripts in the quick links section of Central’s website or go directly to https://banportal1.centralaz.edu/bannerp/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin
- This will take you to a Log In page where you can enter your Student Number (it starts with 880 and is NOT the number on your ID) or Social Security number and your PIN. Then click Submit.
- If this is your first time logging in your PIN will be your birthdate in MMDDYY format. For example: if your birthdate is September 2nd 1983 the password would be 090283. Click Submit.
- After you click submit you will be asked to change your PIN to a more secure one. Enter your birthdate in MMDDYY format in the first field, and a new six (6) digit password in the next two fields. Click Submit.
- After changing your password you will be prompted to create a security question, this is used in case you forget your PIN. Click Submit.
- Lastly you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Usage for the Online Services. Click I Agree
- You are now logged in
- When you are finished in the Online Services website click Exit in the upper hand corner. This will log you out of Online Services. Once you are logged out close the browser window in order to keep anyone from accessing your data.
Once logged in you can use the main menu for student services. There you check and change information regarding your class schedules, transcripts and even your academic status.
