How can I request a transcript?
Question:

How can I request a transcript?
Answer:

The first question you need to ask is do you need official or unofficial transcripts.  Official Transcripts are used by institutions to determine the transfer of credits, eligibility of graduation, and placement.  Unofficial transcripts are sometimes used in place of official ones when time is an issue and the official transcripts are on there way.  Unofficial transcripts can also be used by students to track their academic progress.

You may  request an official transcript by clicking here

Information required for processing an official transcript:

  • Name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Current Mailing Address and Phone Number
  • Name and Address/Fax Number of place to be mailed to
  • Signature of Student

Fees required:  $6.25 per official transcript

To obtain an unofficial transcript you can log on to Online Services (click here to view how).  The unofficial transcripts are located in the student records section under Academic Transcripts.
