Why can't I see my maps for the Premium Service?

Why can't I see my maps for the Premium Service/Norton Error Message?

Answer:

If you are using Norton software, we suggest you try the steps below as the program maybe blocking access.

To manually add computers to zones you can try the steps below -


1. In the main window, click Personal Firewall, and then click Configure.

2. In the Norton Internet Security window, click the Networking tab.

3. In the Location drop-down list, select the location you want to customize.

4. To add a computer to the Trusted Zone, click Trusted

5. Click Add.

6. In the Networking window, click "Individually" and then, in the text box, type the address pmc.myweather.net and then click OK.


If these steps do not work, you will need to contact Norton Support for further assistance.
