Is the Merlin C201 compatible with the iPAQ 5455?
Answer:
Yes, the Merlin C201 is compatible with the HP iPAQ 5400 series.
Attached is the .cab file that addresses the compatibility issue between the iPAQ5455 and the Merlin C201. To install the patch/cab file, drag this file to your Mobile Device folder with the Merlin C201 removed. From the PPC, run File Explorer, find the cab file and click on it.
(Note that if 802.11b/Bluetooth is launched before the Merlin Wireless Connection Manager, all will launch successfully. However, if the Merlin WCM is launched before the 802.11b/BT, the latter may NOT launch due to insufficient system resource due to an iPAQ5455 issue.)
